We will be performing security maintenance on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 to address ongoing CVEs and ensure our platform remains fully secured.

On 28 April, our migration to a new database setup caused around 3 hours of degraded service and a small window of missing writes, which we recovered piecemeal over the following two days. On July 6th, LootLocker experienced a service outage that resulted in a complete loss of availability for all customers for a duration of approximately 50 minutes.

On Saturday at 22:29 UTC, our platform experienced an outage due to an issue with our database provider. The root cause of this outage was an expired SSL certificate on their end, which disrupted our ability to connect to their service.
